George Conklin was president of Torch International from 2017-2020. He is from Durham, North Carolina and is a retired professor from North Carolina Central University. Served as president of Durham ITAC chapter twice. He also served as regional director.  He made several changes within the IATC during his administration. 

Norine Haas was president of Torch International in 2016. She is a member and former president of Fredrick, Maryland club; served as regional director of clubs in Virginia, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Maryland; founding member of the Westminster Torch Club in Maryland; responsible for updating and starting several new programs within Torch International during her tenure in office; and has continued to serve Torch International by serving on several committees and boards.
